ABOUT ME
Namaste! Bonjour! Hello! I am Lenry Francis, born and brought up in India.
I am from Kerala, which is in the southern part of India and it is the birthplace of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a sanskrit word which means science of life and it teaches the art of healthy living.
I learnt traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques in my homeland, which is practiced by masters Kalarippayatu, one of the oldest martial arts in the world.
This type of massage is primarily intended to revitalize and detoxify the body by stimulating Marma points, which are energy crossroads seat of vital energy and ancestors of acupuncture points. Also, I teach Ashtanga yoga, a form of yoga based on movement and breath.

Indian Ayurvedic Therapy In Switzerland
India is a country of rich culture and tradition. It has a long history of Ayurvedic therapies and practices. Indian traditional medicine is known for its effectiveness and has been the subject of many scientific studies.
Switzerland is an important hub for medical tourism, especially for Indians who want to stay in Switzerland on a short-term basis to undergo medical treatment at more affordable prices than back home. It makes it an ideal place for Indian Ayurvedic therapy in Switzerland.
If you’re looking for a way to relax and feel more energized, Indian Ayurvedic Therapy might be just what you need. This form of holistic therapy treats the body holistically rather than just focusing on one part of the body. The Ayurvedic practitioner will focus on all aspects of your health, from your diet and lifestyle to how you move your body.
Ayurvedic Treatment in Switzerland
There is a wide range of different therapies, including:
Abhyanga – This treatment is performed on both the head and the feet. It works on removing toxins from the body, improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure. The massage also improves digestion, reduces stress, and relieves joint pain.
Kalari Marma – This treatment helps in reducing stiffness in joints and muscles. It also helps in improving the circulation of blood through the body, which results in improved immunity levels as well as better digestion. The massage also improves metabolism by increasing energy levels, boosting your mood and alertness levels and helping with weight loss efforts if needed.
Shirodhara – This treatment helps cleanse your entire body by increasing blood circulation through your veins, resulting in improved immunity levels and better digestion. It also increases energy levels.
Final Words
There are plenty of therapies available out there in Indian Ayurveda which will enhance the mental and physical strength of the body.
