Revitalize your mind, spirit and body

About me
Let me introduce myself. I am Lenry and I was born in India.
I am an Indian native of Kerala in the south of India, the cradle of Ayurveda, a Sanskrit term which means science of life and which teaches the art of living in health.
I teach Ashtanga yoga, a form of yoga based on movement and breath.
I was trained in my home country in the traditional techniques of Ayurvedic massage, practiced by the masters of Kalarippayatu, one of the oldest martial arts in the world.
This type of massage aims above all to revitalize and detoxify the body by stimulating the Marma points, which are energy crossroads, the seats of vital energy and ancestors of acupuncture points.
The effects of Ayurvedic massages are multiple and, practiced regularly, their repercussions on health are felt in a lasting and profound way.
